People have been created in God’s image, and because of that every person has a value and dignity which comes directly from him. Among other things, this implies a duty to value all people as bearing the image of God, and therefore to protect them from harm.

Here at Trinity, we commit ourselves to nurture, protect and safeguard all our members, particularly children, young people and those at risk of harm. While safeguarding is the responsibility of the whole church, we ensure that those given special responsibility are DBS checked and given training and support. Safeguarding is overseen by Alan Mitchell, our Safeguarding Officer, and Nigel Beynon, our Minister.
